Minister Augustine Ngafuan, if you think that you can relax and rely on propagandists to counter critical voices, then you are only applauding the downfall of the regime you serve. That is not strength; it is weakness disguised as confidence.
Let no one deceive you. A government that abandons substance for noise cannot survive the weight of the people’s dissatisfaction. The collapse that follows is never gentle, and it is never easy to recover from.
So, l say to you with respect but with firmness: stop the empty bragging and do the right thing. Focus on real results. Let the work speak for itself, because Liberians are watching, and no propaganda can cover the tuth of their daily struggles.
Liberia is bleeding silently. Across the length and breadth of this country, Liberians are suffering. The cries of market women struggling to feed their families echo through our marketplaces.
The young people wander the streets in search of opportunities that do not exist. Our farmers labor tirelessly, yet their sweat is rewarded with hardship. Civil servants go to work daily, but their pockets remain mpty.
This is not the Liberia we dreamt of. This is not the future our mothers and fathers prayed for. Every day, the cost of living rises, but the standard of living falls. Hunger and poverty have become daily companions for too many of our people.
God, please give us long-live to see beyond 2029.
